Inspired by John 3:16, this initiative is rooted in the belief that God’s love is for everyone, and that love should be expressed not only through words but through actions that bring people together and uplift those in need. J316 is a celebration of that love bold and impactful.
Each year, J316 brings together people from various churches, denominations, and backgrounds across Croydon and beyond. While it is led by Praise House, it has grown into an event that unites the body of Christ in powerful, spirit-filled worship, fellowship, and outreach. It is a welcoming space where friends, families, and even those exploring faith for the first time can come and experience the love and presence of God in a vibrant and accepting environment.
One of the most beautiful aspects of J316 is its power to break down barriers. It provides a space for meaningful connection whether between churches, neighbours, or strangers. It is an opportunity for the community to experience unity in diversity and for believers to invite friends and family to share in something deeply spiritual, joyful, and transformative. Through music and shared meals.
J316 is also a platform to raise support for charitable courses. J316 channels the generosity of the body of Christ into tangible help for those who need it most. We believe true worship extends beyond the walls of the church and into the streets, homes, and hearts of our community.
